Held in Shimoda Park where 3 million hydrangea blossoms (150,000 plants in total) are in full bloom in the month of June. The location of the hydrangea blossoms, which is around a 15 minute walk from the entrance of the park, provides a 360 degree panoramic view, attracting many guests annually.
