The Origin of Aloe
The term "aloe" originates from the Arabic word "aloeh," meaning "bitter."
In Japan, the Kida Aloe has been favored for a long time among various types of aloe.
The name comes from the meaning "aloe that grows tall like a small tree."
Aloe is an evergreen perennial plant belonging to the lily family, primarily native to Africa.
Aloe is known for its strong vitality and adapts to various environments while changing its form.
The most well-known aloe in Japan is the slender-leaved Kida Aloe, affectionately known as a remedy that eliminates the need for doctors.
It has been used as a digestive aid, laxative, and for first aid in everyday injuries such as cuts.
