Three million early-blooming daffodils continue to bloom until early February. The field of white, elegant flowers sways gently, filling the air with a faintly sweet fragrance. Here at Tumekizaki, which is also famous as a geosite, visitors can enjoy stunning views of the Izu Seven Islands and the columnar jointing from the lighthouse. If you extend your visit, you can also enjoy the Green Area Promenade and the Tumekizaki Promenade, both of which are part of this beautiful natural park.

By car
Drive south on Route 135 from the Atami and Ito directions.
Turn left at the Route 135 signs for Suzaki and Cape Tsumekizaki → at the first traffic light turn left → the road ends at your destination.

By train and bus
Take a 15‑minute bus ride from Izukyu‑Shimoda Station.
Board bus No.10 bound for Cape Tsumekizaki at Izukyu‑Shimoda Station → ride about 15 minutes to the terminus “Tsumekizaki” → the destination is immediately nearby.
Taxi from Shimoda Station: about 14 minutes, approximately ¥2,660
